Is everyone ready for today! The Timberwolves and Lynx camp is here for the two practice sessions! We are accepting walk-ins 7th-12th to the camp. We're super excited to have them here! See you at 9am (7th-9th) and 12:30pm (9th-12th).

Everyone the T-Wolves and Lynx camps are coming up this week (June 6th & 7th)! The spots are filling up fast. If you have a incoming 7th grader they can register for the camps as well. Incoming 9th graders can sign up for both camps. You will need to act fast to get a spot!

We start youth sports today! SB 10U 4:30pm-5:30pm (V SB Field @CLB) , BB 1st-2nd 5pm-6pm(JH SB Field) , BB 12U 5:30pm-7pm (V SB Field)!
Please make sure to bring a water bottle!
This camp is presented by the 21st Century Grant. Football camp for 7th-12th students. The dates of the camp are June 11th, June 13th, June 18th, June 20th, June 25th, June 27th, July 2nd, July 9th, July 11th (Tuesdays, and Thursdays) 5pm-7pm. It's free to register your student.
This camp will be led by Cass Lake-Bena’s own, A’mirycal “Nike” Diggs. In High School, Nike played varsity football all four years where he was all region 3x, 3x all county/mountain lakes, 2x all state defensive lineman; best defensive lineman award 3x selected to shrine bowl of the Carolinas. After High School, Nike continued his football career at Highland Community College, Itasca Community College, Shaw University and then at Bemidji State University where he graduated. Nike will have two assistant coaches, Daquan Mackey and Jason Wilson, who also have extensive high school and collegiate football experience with various accomplished awards in that time as well.

Please join Cass Lake-Bena Alumni, Shelly Foster, for a volleyball clinic designed to improve your basic fundamental skills while also sharpening your defensive strategies and offensive tactics.
Shelly Foster is also a Stanford Alumni and Division 1 National Champion who joined the Stanford University Volleyball family in 1994, when she walked on to the #1 Nationally ranked team during the spring of her freshman year. After much hard work and dedication, she became an integral defensive player functioning as a Libero for the 1994-1995 seasons. She was a member of the 1994 D1 National Championship team and a semifinalist in the 1995 D1 Final Four Tournament.
Shelly is a Red Cliff band member and Mille Lacs Band Descendant that resides in the Mille Lacs/Cass Lake communities. She currently owns her own Native craft supplies business and leads each day as it is a gift from the Creator, dedicating her mindset to create and share mino-bimmaadizwin.
