Cass Lake-Bena High School is excited to announce special events following our varsity basketball games on February 11th and 28th. After each game, varsity players will be available in the high school commons to sign autographs for students and kids. We encourage everyone to stick around after the game to meet the players and take part in the fun. In addition to the autograph session, other exciting activities will also be happening on both nights. In Progress will provide a series of portraiture activities to students of all ages and their families. A guardian will need to remain with youth 12 and under. We will accept 10 students from CL-B and 10 from the Bugonaygeshig School. Day 1: getting to know the artists and history of work, develop an understanding of angles, composition, setting up backdrops, work with lights and cameras AND LOTS OF PRACTICE. Day 2: all participants will invite their friends and families to come and have their portraits taken. Students will assist each others relatives in posing and arrangements.
